Single "My Lord" by Mike McKeown
"After hearing a rough version of "My Lord," Stephen was inspired to create an arrangement for it. I laid down acoustic guitar and vocal tracks for him, and he took it from there. His attention to detail and engineering skills are formidable and, paired with his heart for God, his contributions took this project to a higher plane. Sue Ann wrote and added beautiful keyboard tracks, and "My Lord" became a huge song, crafted to bring the listener into the imtimacy of a prayer that builds to a beseeching climax. Their use of orchestral instruments created a rich foundation for the melody, and the blistering guitar to solo was brilliant. They did all of this out of their own passion for making beautiful music in praise of God. When I want to capture the message of a song to share, I will call Stephen.
